Shipping Shipping charges are based on the delivery location
and order weight. The Town Square Energy store offers shipping via United
States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most
orders for in-stock products ship the same day if received prior to 11:00 am ET
for UPS Ground and Fedex Ground shipments. Orders designated as Next Day Air or
2nd Day Air received by 11:00 am ET will ship the same business day. Ground
orders received after 11:00 am will ship the next business day. USPS Priority
Mail Orders will ship the next business day. Note: our business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of public
holidays. Order status and tracking information may be
monitored through the Your Account section of the site. International Shipments All international orders will be shipped via the US
Postal Service. The price of shipping will be determined based on the weight of
your order. NOTE: International orders do not qualify for any Free Shipping
offers. We have found that shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS) is the most cost
effective and reliable method for shipping internationally from the US. Other
services such as FedEx and UPS charge higher rates to ship internationally, and have the added costs when you factor in brokers and customs fees. If you have a
freight forwarder in the US, we would be happy to work them. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Packaging At Town Square Energy, we aim to reduce our
environmental impacts, as well as our customers'. We strive to reuse packaging boxes whenever
possible. We primarily use 100% recycled polystyrene peanuts for packaging, and
encourage you to recycle these peanuts. For locations of peanut recycling
centers see the recycling sections ofwww.flopak.com, www.epspackaging.org or call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214. Many Mail Boxes Etc® and The
UPS Store™ locations also accept clean foam peanuts for recycling. Backorders If products are on backorder we will provide you
with an estimated ship date for the backordered products, usually by e-mail.
You are also able to check on an order’s status through the Your Account section of our site. Free Shipping For items designated as Free Shipping, Town Square
Energy will select the most economical shipping method which includes UPS
Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS. Free Shipping offers are only valid for locations
in the 48 Contiguous United States and does not apply on shipments to Hawaii,
Canada, Alaska, or any other International destination. This offer is also not
valid for APO/FPO locations. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other
